• Standard Non-Customized Items: Items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Personalized/Custom Wood Pieces: Returns are only accepted if there is a defect or an error on our part.
• Notification Window: For defective or incorrect personalized items, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Resolution: In cases of error/defect, we will offer to correct the piece or provide a refund.
