All orders are processed within (1–2 business days) unless otherwise stated.


Please note:

 

  • Custom and personalized items require additional production time.

  • Furniture and large builds may have extended lead times depending on project scope.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

 


If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

 

  • Package size and weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping method

 


Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

 

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

3. Custom & Large Item Shipping

 


For custom furniture or oversized pieces:

 

  • Shipping timelines will be discussed prior to fulfillment if necessary

  • Freight delivery may require scheduled appointments

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery space

 


Additional fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.

 


 

 

4. Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

 


 

 

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


If an incorrect address is provided:

 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a claim.
